VF Polaris Phase 2 - SAP Deployment UAT Coordination.

VF was engaged in rolling out their SAP enterprise solution to select groups of VF brands. Phase 2 was for the The North Face, Smartwool and Altra.  

VF asked Skaal back again to provide a System Testing Analyst to assist with System Integration and User Acceptance Testing.   As well the role is expanded to cover end user training coordination and management for a term of ten months.  Skaal’s analyst is involved in day to day decisions, guidance and management of the deployment efforts working in partnership with Accenture and other partner consultant companies.
